Job summary

Saint Joseph Health System in Mishawaka, IN is seeking a Registered Nurse to implement, direct, and document the nursing process in accordance with the Indiana Nurse Practice Act. You will advocate for patients while providing a safe environment for patients, families, and staff.

New grads are welcome; Indiana RN license and CPR certification on hire (or within 60 days) are required. This full-time, day-shift role offers comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Implement, direct, communicate, and document the nursing process per current standards of care and the Indiana Nurse Practice Act.
• RN serves as patient advocate, providing a safe environment for patients, visitors, and colleagues.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care.
