For new graduates, this TTP program is the start of a comprehensive 6-month residency program to support your transition to practice. **Program includes:*** Formal delivery of fundamental nursing concepts and standards via foundational ENO (Elsevier’s Emergency Nursing Orientation) modules blended with in-person sessions utilizing case studies, gaming, simulation, and skills labs* Exposure to Sentara policies and evidence-based practice guidelines as recommended by the Emergency Nursing Association (ENA)* Hands-on experience in the ED alongside a trained nurse preceptor* Opportunity to share your experiences/ networking with peers in a safe, protected environment* A series of virtual professional development sessions with mentoring (optional for experienced nursesWe provide market-competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives, and benefits.
