LiveWell Homecare Agency, LLC is seeking an inpatient nurse to provide comprehensive nursing care, including assessments, treatments, medications, and diagnostic procedures, while addressing patients’ physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs.

The role requires working in a clinical environment with responsibilities such as problem-solving, equipment management, and adherence to policies. Flexibility for shift work, including nights, weekends, and holidays, is required.

Qualifications

• Requires graduation from a specialty nursing program.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing is preferred.
• Candidates should demonstrate strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, teamwork, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develops and coordinates individualized care plans, including patient and family education, discharge planning, and interdisciplinary collaboration.
• Evaluates the effectiveness of nursing interventions and adjusts care based on patient responses.
• Collaborates proactively with physicians, ancillary staff, and team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Participates in decision-making, evidence-based practices, and quality and safety initiatives within the unit.
• Acts as a compassionate caregiver, promoting patient safety, satisfaction, and positive health responses.
