Job summary

Qualifications

• Full, active, current and unrestricted LPN/LVN licensure in US.
• Graduation from an approved practical nursing program (≥24 months as applicable).
• English language proficiency required for direct patient care.

Responsibilities

• Provide a full range of practical nursing care under RN/MD supervision.
• Administer prescribed medications and document patient responses.
• Assist in orientation, training and supervision of less experienced nursing staff.
• Recognize emergencies and initiate appropriate interventions as directed.
