Temple Health in Philadelphia is seeking a Registered Nurse to assess, implement, and evaluate patient care under the direction of a licensed physician, applying the nursing process to tailor care for each patient.

The role involves collaborating with patients, families, and a multidisciplinary team, while guiding nursing support staff and ensuring adherence to professional standards and hospital policies for safe, compassionate care.

Formación

• Assesses, implements, and evaluates care for assigned patients under physician direction.
• Collaborates with patient, family members/significant others, peers and health care team to individualize care.
• Directs nursing support staff in provision of patient care according to standards and policies.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Licenses: PA Registered Nurse License required; Basic Life Support required; Multi-State Compact RN License required.

Using the nursing process, the RN collaborates with the patient, patient's family member(s)/significant others, professional peers and other members of the health care team to individualize patient care. Directs nursing support staff in the provision of patient care according to the standards of nursing practice, administrative and departmental policies and procedures. Professional education, training or additional certifications may be required by specialty area.
