AdventHealth in Tampa, FL is hiring an RN for the Carrollwood location. The role offers sign-on up to 15,000 dollars and relocation up to 10,000 dollars for eligible candidates.

Schedule is day shifts, with potential salary increases up to 20% through the Clinical Ladder program based on experience and advancement criteria. Applicants must have an Associate's in Nursing (BSN preferred), Florida RN license, and strong assessment and coordination skills.

Job Description

Clinical Ladder participation is voluntary. Salary adjustments are determined by program eligibility, advancement level, and organizational guidelines.

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to evaluate patients' physical, mental, and emotional health.

• Coordinate multidisciplinary care by facilitating collaboration among healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, social workers, and therapists.
