Job summary

AdventHealth in Tampa seeks a registered nurse to join our Day shift team, providing compassionate, evidence-based care in a busy hospital setting. The role offers sign-on and relocation bonuses and a clear clinical ladder for advancement.

You will conduct assessments, develop care plans, coordinate multidisciplinary care, monitor progress, and adjust plans as needed. Florida RN license and BLS/ACLS/PALS are required; English fluency is essential.

Qualifications

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to evaluate patients' physical, mental, and emotional health.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans based on assessment findings and patient needs.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary care by facilitating collaboration among healthcare professionals.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed.
• Fluent in the English language (spoken and written).
• RN Florida license and BLS/ACLS/PALS are required.

Schedule: Days (7:00 a.m.-7:00 p.m.)
