The RN will provide medical care, health education, and health data management for students, with emphasis on confidentiality, safety, and compliance with state and federal regulations. Experience in pediatric or school nursing is preferred, and strong communication skills are essential to collaborate

The Registered Nurse will play a critical role in promoting the well-being and safety of our students by offering medical care, health education, and support. The Districtwide Floating Nurse will be assigned to District 211 school buildings based on daily needs.

Qualifications

• Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Illinois .
• CPR and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Experience in pediatric or school nursing is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of state and federal health regulations.

• Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the school campus.
