Spectrum Healthcare Resources is seeking a Remote Registered Nurse Disease Manager to practically assist with the health management of dependents of active duty personnel. This remote position requires an active nursing license and experience in disease management. Ideal candidates will be highly organized, communicative professionals capable of working efficiently without distractions.

Qualifications

• 2 years’ experience as a Registered Nurse Disease Manager, preferably remote.
• Compact state license preferred, ideally for Alaska.
• Organization and ability to work in a high-volume environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform assessments, education, and training for dependents of military personnel.
• Coordinate care and support health management.
• Work Monday to Friday, 8 hours a day without night or weekend work.

Registered Nurse Disease Management - Remote

Spectrum Healthcare Resources has an opportunity for a Registered Nurse Disease Manager (RNDM). These will be completely remote positions, working entirely from the Nurse’s home. The Nurse will perform assessments, education, and training to coordinate care for the dependents of our Nation’s Active Duty and eligible retirees.

Requirements:

• At least one active state nurse license, preferably a compact state license, with a high preference for Alaska or willingness to obtain AK licensure.
• At least 2 years’ experience working as an RNDM, preferably in a remote or hybrid environment.
• Preferred: Possess current certification in disease-management related areas such as:
  • Chronic Care Professional (CCP) by Health Sciences Institute
  • Certified Health Coach (CHC) by National Society of Health Coaches
  • Certified Diabetes Educator (CDE) by National Certification Board for Diabetes Educators
  • Certified Asthma Educator (AE-C) by National Asthma Educator Certification Board
• Highly organized, self-directed worker able to function in a high-volume environment without distractions.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications and strong technical aptitude.
• Must have access to secure, high-speed internet.

Work Schedule:

• Monday - Friday
• No nights or weekends
• 8 hours a day
