Qualifications

• Nursing degree from an accredited program and RN licensure.
• BSN within 5 years of date of hire where applicable.
• Current RN licensure by Maryland Board of Nursing and BLS Provider.
• Ability to apply nursing process and evidence-based practice.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and indirect patient care per unit standards.
• Assess patient data, develop and revise individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and manage pain per policy.
• Educate patients and families; document care using EMR.
• Participate in unit quality improvement and risk management.
