Provide high-quality, safe nursing care to all patients.
Coordinate and integrate patient care based on the nursing process.
Direct care per safety, risk management, QA, and Infection Control standards.
Discharge planning and ensuring optimal level of care.
Administer medications safely per hospital policy.
Fulfill hospital incident command system responsibilities as needed.
Know and follow hospital emergency codes and procedures.
