Qualifications

• ACLS/PALS certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administers medications as prescribed, with knowledge of ordered treatments.
• Delivers age‑appropriate care and supports basic self‑care activities.
• Develops and evaluates patient and family teaching plans.
• Utilizes nursing knowledge to perform treatments and procedures.
• Collaborates with the healthcare team to coordinate patient care.
• Assists physicians with procedures and performs technical skills.
• Addresses psychosocial needs and communicates with social services for discharge planning.
• Practices cost‑effective resource utilization.
