Position Purpose

The Registered Nurse works in a collaborative environment at Holy Cross Health within the Dialysis unit to deliver excellent patient care as part of an interdisciplinary team providing evidence-based medicine and individualized patient care. As a Registered Nurse, you will:

  • Using Quality Caring Model, demonstrates acceptable performance, and applies nursing process, to plan and manage care of routine patients, including patient and family education, and continuum of care planning.
  • Effectively communicates fundamental patient/family information to health care team.
  • Observes safe practices and maintains a safe environment while caring for the patient.
  • Advocate on behalf of the patient and family.
  • Identify and appropriately communicate ethical issues in the practice setting.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Graduate from an accredited nursing program with a basic professional nursing degree (BSN or MSN).
  • Current RN licensure by the Maryland State Board of Nursing.
  • BLS Minimum 1 year of Dialysis experience.
Pay Range

Pay Range: $37.59 - $58.29 per hour. Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location.
