The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center is seeking a Staff Nurse to manage and provide care to patients and their families, while directing and supervising the nursing care provided by the care team.
The role requires a nursing degree from a CCNE or ACEN accredited program and an active Ohio license or interim permit. Experience in a relevant care setting is preferred, with background checks and potential drug screening during the post-offer process.

The Staff Nurse is responsible for managing and providing care to the patient and his/her family, and for directing and supervising nursing care provided by other members of the patient care team. The Staff Nurse is responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, coordinating, delegating and evaluating the nursing care of patients in alignment with the professional practice model.
Degree in Nursing from a CCNE (Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education) or Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN) accredited nursing program required. Current Ohio license or interim permit. *Experience in relevant care setting preferred.
