Job Description

Assess patients' needs based on data collected through history, observation, physical examination, and diagnostic data analysis. Provide appropriate nursing interventions aligned with the Plan of Care and medical standards, incorporating the Physician’s prescribed plans. Conduct Hourly Rounds using service excellence standards and foster an environment of caring, compassion, and respect for patients, families, and visitors. Contribute to department growth through hospital initiatives and evidence-based practices. Demonstrate professional growth by setting goals and participating in educational opportunities.

Essential Functions
  • Assess patient needs and provide nursing interventions per the Plan of Care.
  • Conduct Hourly Rounds and foster a caring environment.
  • Contribute to departmental growth through hospital initiatives and evidence-based practices.
  • Engage in professional development activities.
Required Education/Experience
  • Graduate from an accredited nursing program.

Work Schedule
  • Full-time, 72 hours bi-weekly; DAYS.
