Job summary

Complete Care is seeking a Registered Nurse for day shifts (7am - 7pm) in Austin-Westlake, TX. A valid Texas RN license and 2 years ER experience are required.

BLS/ACLS/PALS certifications, EMR experience, and solid documentation skills are essential. You’ll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver direct patient care, educate patients and families, and maintain accurate medical records in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Current Texas Nursing License in good standing.
• 2 years of emergency room nursing experience.
• Current BLS, ACLS and PALS through American Heart Association.
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office, Windows and EMR/EPM systems.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, including administering treatments and medications.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to create individualized care plans.
• Support patient and family education and communication.
• Maintain accurate patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Document pertinent data concisely.
• Work effectively in high-pressure situations while maintaining patient care.
