Job summary

Ernest Health, Inc. is seeking a Registered Nurse for a full-time role at New Braunfels Regional Rehabilitation Hospital in New Braunfels, Texas.

The RN will provide comprehensive nursing care in an inpatient rehabilitation setting, collaborating with physicians and therapists to support patient recovery. The position emphasizes ongoing professional growth, adherence to infection control standards, and participation in a clinical ladder and preceptor programs.

Qualifications

• Successful completion of accredited Registered Nursing program required. Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree preferred.
• Current state license as a Registered Nurse required.
• Current CPR Certification required.
• One (1) year recent experience preferred. Acute care setting preferred.
• ACLS certification preferred in LTACH and Texas hospitals.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care to patients within assigned unit.
• Perform patient assessments, planning, supervision, interventions, and evaluations to prevent complications and restore functioning.
• Contribute to patient education and interdisciplinary collaboration in alignment with the hospital mission.

• Degree from an accredited Nursing Program.

Responsibilities
