Wellstar Health System is seeking a Registered Nurse for Wellstar MCG Health Medical Center in the United States. You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care as part of the patient care team.

You will collaborate with providers and staff to ensure high-quality outcomes, participate in performance improvement, maintain licensure, and promote confidentiality and safety across the unit.

Formación

• Associates or Bachelor's or Master's in Nursing; master's preferred.
• BLS certification required at hire; RN license (single state or compact) preferred.
• Active involvement in professional development and patient-centered care.

Responsabilidades

• Monitors patient conditions and contributes to the care plan.
• Delivers and coordinates care per physician orders and policies.
• Communicates with patients, families, and care teams to ensure satisfaction and safety.
• Maintains accurate documentation of assessments, plan, and outcomes.
• Participates in performance improvement initiatives and professional governance.
