Job summary

Singing River Health System is seeking a Registered Nurse for our Downtown Biloxi clinics, supporting patient care on a 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM schedule, Monday through Friday. The RN will provide direct patient care using the Nursing Process, in a high-quality, patient-centered environment.

New grads participate in the Singing River Nurse Residency Program. Mississippi RN licensure and BCLS certification are required; ACLS/PALS/TNCC certifications are encouraged to support specialty areas.

Qualifications

• Graduate from NLN School of Nursing.
• Currently licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in Mississippi.
• All RNs are required to complete and maintain BCLS certification.
• New RN graduates and RNs in their first year of practice participate in Singing River Nurse Residency Program.
• RNs have 12 months to acquire appropriate certifications in specialty areas; 18 months to acquire TNCC for ED.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care using the Nursing Process within standards.
• Adhere to infection control and safety guidelines.
• Collaborate with the Patient Care Manager and care team to meet patient needs.
