SandyPines Residential Treatment Center, a 149-bed facility in South Florida, is hiring a Registered Nurse to join our behavioral health team. You will provide nursing care for children and adolescents ages 5 to 17 within a residential psychiatric setting.

Requirements include graduation from an accredited School of Nursing, a current unrestricted Florida RN license, and at least one year of nursing experience.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

Education

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.

Licensure

• Current unrestricted Registered Nurse license in the State of Florida.

Certifications

• Basic Life Support (BLS)
• Crisis Prevention/Handle With Care (or equivalent) within required timeframe
• Additional certifications as required by facility policy

Experience

• One year of nursing experience.

Behavioral health, psychiatric, substance use, residential treatment, emergency, or pediatric/adolescent experience preferred
