The Rehabilitation Hospital of Indiana (RHI) is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Days shift to provide nursing care for physical medicine rehabilitation patients. The role collaborates with an interdisciplinary health care team to coordinate and direct nursing care via the nursing process and ongoing assessment.
Responsibilities include initial and ongoing patient assessments, ensuring quality of care, and educating patients and families to support independence and discharge planning.

This Registered Nurse(Days) position exists to provide nursing care to the patients and/or plans, directs and coordinates the nursing care to physical medicine rehabilitation patients via the nursing process and in collaboration with other nursing resources and the health care team.
