Nexus Health Systems is looking for a Registered Nurse (RN) for the Nexus Neurorecovery Center in Conroe, Texas. This role involves providing clinical leadership for adults recovering from neurological injuries, coordinating care, and collaborating with a dedicated interdisciplinary team.
The RN will support patients' independence and functional gains through therapeutic engagement, while ensuring the highest standards of patient education and safety are maintained. This position requires a current Texas RN license and offers flexibility in full-time or part-time shifts.
Nexus Neurorecovery Center – Conroe
Schedule: Full-Time, Part-Time, PRN – 12‑hour shifts – Day or Night Shift
Situated on a peaceful, wooded 26‑acre campus, Nexus Neurorecovery Center – Conroe offers the Rise Program, a comprehensive neurological rehabilitation program for adults recovering from severe traumatic brain injury (TBI), stroke, spinal cord injury, and other neurological diagnoses.
This campus is also home to the Life Care Program, which provides long‑term residential care for individuals who have sustained serious, life‑altering injuries and require ongoing clinical and behavioral support.

The Registered Nurse (RN) provides clinical leadership and advanced nursing care for adults recovering from neurological injuries and chronic conditions. Reporting to the Chief Clinical Officer (CCO), the RN coordinates care plans, administers treatments, and provides patient and family education to promote recovery and long‑term stability.
The RN plays a vital role in the interdisciplinary team, collaborating with physicians, therapists, and case managers to deliver individualized, person‑centered rehabilitation and residential care.
