With over 232 beds, the hospital offers a full range of services including 24/7 emergency care, open heart surgery, cardiac catheterizations, vascular, neurosurgery, inpatient rehabilitation, orthopedic surgery, cancer care, intensive care, and outpatient surgeries and procedures. It is home to the Joint Replacement Academy and a comprehensive neurosurgical program.

Job Summary and Qualifications

RN FT Cardiovascular Tele Services Nights 7p-7a with rotating weekends. Enhanced Bonus Eligible (with approval) and Relocation Bonus available.

What you will do in this role:

• Assess patient condition during admission and each shift, reporting any changes.
• Perform procedures or functions as ordered by the provider.
• Document care in the medical record thoroughly and promptly.
• Administer prescribed medications and monitor responses.
• Maintain knowledge of medications, procedures, and equipment used in cardiac and medical-surgical care.

Qualifications

• Basic Cardiac Life Support certification within 30 days of employment.
• Registered Nurse Diploma, Bachelor's, or Associate Degree.
• Valid Texas State RN License or Compact State License.
• Minimum of 6 months RN experience.
