Job summary

Cherry Hill Free Clinic, Inc. seeks an on-site Registered Nurse for the OR/CVOR to deliver direct perioperative care across OR, PACU, and CVOR settings. The role emphasizes patient safety, evidence-based practice, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.

You will support specialty education, participate in competency validation with clinical educators, and precept new healthcare professionals while maintaining high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Must have a nursing degree from an accredited program and RN licensure.
• BLS certification required.
• 6 months of OR nursing experience or completion of a fellowship.
• CNOR preferred.

Job description

Role Overview:

This on-site RN position in the OR Operating Room - CVOR involves providing direct patient care, utilizing evidence-based practices, and collaborating within a multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal outcomes.

Responsibilities:

Deliver top-of-scope perioperative care in settings such as the OR, PACU, and CVOR, supporting specialty education and competency validation through clinical educators. Focus on patient safety, quality, and wellness, while precepting new healthcare professionals.

Qualifications & Skills:

Must have a nursing degree from an accredited program, RN licensure, BLS certification, and 6 months of OR nursing experience or completion of a fellowship. Preferred certifications include CNOR. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate proficiency in perioperative nursing are essential.
