Job Description

Responsibilities of a Staff Nurse include:

1. Performing patient procedures within the nursing scope of practice.
2. Practicing safe medication administration and assessing patient responses.
3. Participating in reviewing and implementing clinical pathways and care coordination.

The Staff Nurse will deliver professional nursing care to a group of patients within a designated time frame and complete all required documentation.

Qualifications:

• BSN Degree preferred
• State-issued RN license
• At least one year of RN experience
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association; ACLS preferred
• CCR or proof of ECCO (Essentials of Critical Care) certification required, or willingness to sign our adult Critical Care Course agreement (with a two-year work commitment).
