Qualifications

Come join our Critical Care team! If you are passionate about working in Critical Care, this is the role for you. We are currently hiring for a Part Time RN to work the Night shift: 7:00 pm - 7:00 am. This position is 24 hours (2 shifts) per week. Current/recent experience working in Critical Care is required for this position.

The Critical Care Unit is a 24 bed unit that provides care for critical or unstable adult patients requiring intensive treatment, monitoring and complex nursing care.Eight beds are designated as IMCU (Intermediate Care Unit).CCU provides continuous cardiac monitoring and specialized care such as continuous non-invasive ventilation (Bipap), Mechanical Ventilation, CRRT (Continuous Renal Replacement Therapy), Targeted Temperature Management (hypothermia post code care), Intra-aortic Balloon Pump therapy, Transcutaneous or Transvenous Pacing, and post STEMI care. Core values for CCU include providing optimal specialized care to medically unstable patients and support for their families.

What We Require for this Role:

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) required or in pursuit of.

Related Work Experience

  • 2-3 years of RN experience required.
  • Critical Care current/recent experience is required.

LICENSURE, CERTIFICATION OR REGISTRATION REQUIREMENT

  • Basic Life Support (BLS) required.
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) required.
  • Active NJ RN license required.
