Responsibilities

• Total patient care for adult critically ill and telemetry cardiovascular patients.
• Includes recovery of immediate post open-heart, cardio-thoracic and vascular surgical patients, managed through the hospital stay to discharge from a one-stop unit.
• Management of Pre and Post PCI patients, AMI, cardiogenic shock, cardiac tamponade, rhythm disturbances.
• Assist with cardiac procedures such as cardioversions, TEE, pericardiocentesis, transvenous pacemaker, device implants, including those requiring moderate sedation.
