LanceSoft is seeking a Critical Care Float Pool Registered Nurse (RN) in Tulsa, Oklahoma. The nurse will provide high-quality care across critical care units, assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care with a multidisciplinary team.

Direct Hire | Full-Time (36 hours/week) | Night Shift (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) with competitive hourly pay and shift differentials, plus relocation assistance with a 2-year service commitment.

Job Title: Critical Care Float Pool Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced Critical Care Float Pool RN to provide high-quality patient care across critical care units. The RN will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care using the nursing process while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure excellent clinical outcomes.

Requirements:

• Active Oklahoma or Multi-State RN License
• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
• Minimum 1 year of recent ICU and/or ER (Critical Care) experience
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and patient care skills

Compensation & Benefits:

• Starting pay: $33.15/hour (higher based on experience)
• $4/hour night shift differential (starting at 7 PM)
• $0.25/hour additional differential (starting at 11 PM)
• $6/hour Critical Care differential
• $10,000 relocation assistance with a 2-year service commitment
