Job summary

Vetted Solutions is seeking an ICU nurse to join a critical care team providing comprehensive, patient-centered care across cardiovascular, surgical, medical, neurotrauma, acute stroke, and burn specialties. You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure quality outcomes.

This role features a 0.75 FTE schedule with 12-hour day/night shifts, weekend work, an incentive for float pool, no call obligation, and potential remote

Qualifications

• BSN or ADN from an accredited program and current nursing licensure.
• BCLS certification.
• At least 9 months ICU RN experience with vasoactive meds, MV, and hemodynamic monitoring.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Join a critical care nursing team responsible for providing comprehensive, patient-centered care across cardiovascular, surgical, medical, neurotrauma, acute stroke, and burn specialties.

You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure quality outcomes. Responsibilities include making autonomous clinical decisions, developing tailored care plans, and continuously monitoring patient progress.

Qualifications require a BSN or ADN from an accredited program, current nursing licensure, BCLS certification, and at least 9 months of ICU RN experience with vasoactive medications, mechanical ventilation, and hemodynamic monitoring. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.

This role offers a 0.75 FTE schedule with 12-hour day/night shifts, weekend and holiday work, and a float pool hourly incentive. No call obligation and potential remote options are available.

Compensation ranges from $47.03 to $70.87 per hour.
