Broward Health Medical Center is seeking a Registered Nurse to render professional nursing care under physicians' plans, assess patients, administer medications, and support treatment delivery.

The role includes assisting physicians, preparing equipment, and documenting observations. Requires an Associate degree in Nursing, RN license, and current BLS/ACLS; one year of experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Valid nursing license (RN) required.
• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience.
• Associate degree in Nursing from an accredited school.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications.

Responsabilités

• Provide professional nursing care per physicians' treatment plans.
• Assess patient condition and administer prescribed medications.
• Observe progress and document observations; report drug/treatment reactions.
• Assist physicians with examinations and prepare instruments/equipment.

Summary:

Under general supervision renders professional nursing care in accordance with physicians' treatment plans in order to provide for the comfort and well-being ofpatients. In doing so assesses patients' condition administers prescribed drugsprovides treatments observes patients' progress records pertinent observations andreports reaction to drugs and treatments. Assists physicians with examinations andprepares instruments and equipment for physicians' use.
