Pay Range:

The pay range for this position is listed below. Actual pay rate dependent upon experience.

$20.25 - $42.75

Position Highlights

May be eligible for up to $10,000 sign on bonus (RN), or up to $7,500 sign on bonus (LPN, MA)

May be eligible for up to $1,500 relocation bonus

Clinic hours M-Th 8-5, F 8-12 (typically have Friday afternoons off). Occasional Urgent Care rotation.

Registered Nurse - $27.25 $40.75

Licensed Practical Nurse - $24.00 $33.25

Medical Assistant - $19.50 $27.50

A Brief Overview

Coordinates the nursing department activities and work production. Ensures a level of communication between nursing staff, physicians, and all other clinic departments to create a positive outcome for clinic employees and patients.

What You Will Do

  • In collaboration with the clinic manager, is accountable for the clinical operations and coordination of patient flow.
  • Resolves operational and scheduling discrepancies in the absence of the manager.
  • Coordinates resources to meet budgetary clinical goals and objectives.
  • Is responsible for maintaining appropriate staffing levels to maximize efficiency.
  • Participates in the employee selection process. Conducts position orientation and serves as a resource to staff.
  • Provides coaching for performance improvement and provide input in employee performance. Assists staff by trouble shooting questions.
  • Contributes to development of Nursing Department policies and procedures.
  • Assists leadership in facilitating monthly clinical staff meetings.
  • Reviews and orders supplies for the clinic.
  • Educates nurses in the use of new technologies, electronic medical records processes and/or medical equipment.
