Responsibilities

• Coordinate all phases of the transplant process, including screening, assessment, stem cell collection, and transplant.
• Maintain comprehensive patient records and complete reports for the Bone Marrow Transplant Registry.
• Ensure compliance with quality and regulatory standards, and review policies/procedures.
• Participate in budget development and act as a liaison with insurance providers.
• Mentor and educate care providers, fostering team development and continuous learning.
• Complete quality improvement documentation and support program performance management.
