Job summary

The Spaulding Hospital-Cambridge, Inc. is seeking an RN to provide patient care on the night shift at 1575 Cambridge Street. You will integrate the nursing process with the plan of care and support a patient- and team-centered approach to care delivery.

Responsibilities include completing nursing assessments, developing plans of care, coordinating with the care team, and educating patients for discharge. BLS, MA RN license, and strong communication skills are required.

Utilize appropriate clinical skills to integrate and implement the nursing process with the plan of care. Function as a clinical resource for the patient, consistently providing direction and support to ensure a focus on the team goals and patient driven outcomes.
