Spaulding Hospital-Cambridge, Inc. is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide comprehensive patient care on site at 1575 Cambridge Street, Cambridge, MA.

The role focuses on delivering nursing assessments, planning and executing care, and collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes. The ideal candidate holds an Massachusetts RN license, BLS certification, and a willingness to work variable shifts; BSN is preferred.

Qualifications

• Current Massachusetts RN license is required.
• BLS certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care according to nursing standards and unit protocols.
• Perform accurate nursing assessments and develop plans of care.
• Document care and administer medications safely per policy.
• Coordinate with the care team to achieve patient goals.
• Educate patients and families about disease, meds, and discharge prep.
• Mentor team members and participate in conferences.
