Job summary

Cherrybrook Care Home, part of Willinbrook Healthcare within Care Concern Group, seeks an Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) to deliver clinically led care for residents with complex needs in Bradford. You will assess needs, develop and review care plans, administer medications, and respond to changing conditions while leading shifts and supporting the care team.

Ongoing training and funded development support progression into senior roles.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with an active NMC PIN.
• Strong clinical judgement and decision making skills.
• Confidence leading shifts and supporting a team.

Responsibilities

• Assess needs and develop care plans.
• Administer medication and monitor health changes.
• Lead shifts and guide the care team to deliver safe, person-centred care.
