Job summary
Sevita's NeuroRestorative in Carbondale, IL is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide skilled nursing and support for individuals with brain and spinal injuries and other complexities. This full-time position offers comprehensive benefits, PTO, holiday pay, 401k and pay on demand.
The RN will perform medical assessments, develop service plans with physicians, administer medications, maintain records, and promote health and wellness while coordinating with teams and families to support
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited RN program.
- One year experience working with medically complex individuals.
- Current state RN License.
Responsibilities
- Perform medical assessments and collaborate with Intake to determine placement.
- Review and update nursing care plans; coordinate with physicians.
- Administer medications and document administration records.
- Provide medical skills training to clients, mentors, and staff.
- Promote health and wellness and ensure preventive actions.
