Job summary

Twin Oaks Rehab and Nursing in Danvers, MA is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide direct patient care, develop and implement individualized care plans, and monitor patient changes.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and other medical treatments as needed
• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition to the nurse supervisor and other healthcare professionals
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure high-quality patient care
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
