Job summary

BrightStar Care is seeking an RN to join our team delivering home care in the Saline, MI area. You will perform nursing duties per the plan of care and maintain compliant clinical records in the home setting.

Qualifications

• Current RN License in good standing.
• Certified CPR or BLS.
• Must observe professional standards of care in the home setting under the supervision of the Director of Nursing.
• Licensed driver with insured and reliable automobile.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Providing care according to the patient’s plan of care and implement the five phases of nursing process in the home care setting.
• Basic home care/personal care skills (ADL’s, nutrition monitoring, range of motion).
• Clinically competent in various skilled needs (tube feeding, trach care, respiratory care).
• Maintain clinical records in compliance with local, state, and federal laws.

Responsibilities:
