Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care to meet resident needs per standards and orders.
- Plan nursing interventions and monitor implementation.
- Evaluate care interventions and adjust as needed.
- Conduct family and resident education.
- Administer medications and treatments per policy.
- Document progress notes and resident responses.
- Report changes in condition to supervisor/physician/family.
- Coordinate rehabilitation with therapists.
