Mercy is seeking registered nurses to provide patient care using the nursing process and to coordinate care with multidisciplinary teams. You will uphold patient rights and confidentiality while delivering high-quality care aligned with Mercy Service Standards.

Formación

• Graduate from a school of nursing (Associate's Degree, Diploma, or BSN).
• Current RN license in the hiring state and/or compact licensure per state requirements.
• 1 year of nursing experience.
• Life support certification current upon hire and within Mercy policy within 90 days.
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS as applicable to unit (MS, WC, CC, ED).

Responsabilidades

• Utilizes the nursing process to provide patient care.
• Maintains professional accountability for provision of patient care for assigned patients.
• Evaluates the overall effectiveness of care provided by other direct caregivers.
• Coordinates patient care in conjunction with other departments.
• Maintains patient rights and confidentiality of patient information.
• Performs duties consistent with Mercy mission, values, and Service Standards.
