Registered Nurse Clinical Manager Home Health

Medical Services of America is seeking an experienced Full-Time Clinical Manager (RN) for our Home Health patients in Irmo (Richland) SC.

Pay Range

This range is provided by Medical Services of America. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.

Base pay range: $72,000.00/yr - $75,000.00/yr

Responsibilities include:

• Receiving and approving requests for services, re-certifications, add-on orders, changes, and discharges.
• Overseeing the scheduling of all patient services.
• Auditing physician's modified orders for accuracy, legibility, and content prior to forwarding for signature.
• Reviewing and signing all lab reports and notifying physicians of any clinical concerns.
• Conducting in-home supervisory visits.
• Initiating diagnostic, preventive, and rehabilitative nursing procedures as appropriate.
• Monitoring, recording, and reporting patient reactions and condition changes.
• Teaching, supervising, and counseling clients and families on home nursing procedures and care needs.

Job Requirements:

• Current RN license in South Carolina from an accredited nursing school.
• Knowledge of Home Health regulations and reimbursement processes.
• Minimum of one-year Home Health experience.
• Minimum of two years nursing experience.
• Oasis experience required.
