UF Health Central Florida is seeking a Registered Nurse at UF Health Leesburg Hospital to deliver safe, patient-centered care using the nursing process. This role requires strong assessment, critical thinking, and compassionate patient interaction in a busy clinical setting.
Under the direction of the Director or Charge Nurse, you will perform comprehensive assessments, develop care plans, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to achieve optimal outcomes for diverse patient populations.

Under the direction of the Director or Charge Nurse, the RN utilizes the nursing process to provide safe, high-quality, patient-centered care. Responsibilities include performing comprehensive patient assessments, developing nursing diagnoses, creating and implementing individualized care plans, evaluating patient outcomes, and collaborating with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to promote exceptional clinical results.
Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) required
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
Current Florida Registered Nurse (RN) License
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Advance Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
