Responsibilities

• Assist with admissions, discharges, and transfers.

• Coach unit staff in clinical practice, critical thinking, and customer service.
• Coordinate bed utilization within inpatient units.

What You Will Do

• Assist with direct patient care, including admissions, discharges, and transfers.
• Assess patient conditions and complete clinical tasks such as IVs and blood draws.
• Respond to clinical emergency situations and resolve issues that impact patient safety and satisfaction.
• Coach patient care unit staff in clinical practice, critical thinking, and customer service skills.
• Coordinate bed utilization within inpatient hospital patient care units.
