Summary

The Miami VA Healthcare System is seeking a Registered Nurse - Community Living Center - Minimum Data Set. The nurse will be responsible for all elements of the nursing process when providing and supervising direct patient care. Responsibilities include coordinating care focused on patient education, self-management, and customer satisfaction throughout the continuum of care. The role involves administering medications and procedures according to established policies and guidelines.

Qualifications

Basic Requirements:

• Proficiency in English (per 38 U.S.C. 7403(f))
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ACEN or CCNE)
• Option for individuals in a master's level bridge program in nursing
• Foreign nursing graduates must possess current unrestricted registration and validation of degree equivalency if applicable
• Current unrestricted nursing license in the U.S.
• Graduate Nurse Technician (GNT) exception available for candidates pursuing licensure

Duties
