The Miami VA Healthcare System is seeking a Registered Nurse - Community Living Center - Minimum Data Set. The nurse will be responsible for all elements of the nursing process when providing and supervising direct patient care. Responsibilities include coordinating care focused on patient education, self-management, and customer satisfaction throughout the continuum of care. The role involves administering medications and procedures according to established policies and guidelines.
Basic Requirements:

Preferred Experience: Minimum Data Set (MDS) experience, Resident Assessment Coordinator Certified (RAC-CT), knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid regulations.
Physical Requirements: Visual acuity, hearing, speech, manual dexterity, ability to perform physical tasks, and work in various environments.
