Job summary

North Country Home Health & Hospice Agency is seeking a dedicated registered nurse to provide professional surgical services care under the direction of the Surgical Services Manager. The role requires NH RN licensure, BLS, ACLS, and PALS, with computer literacy for charting and care coordination.

Candidates should have scrub & PACU experience preferred and be prepared to contribute to pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patient care across a community hospital setting as part of Weeks

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing and registered with the New Hampshire State Board of Nursing.
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications are required.
• Familiarity with computer applications is required.

Responsibilities

• Under the direction of the Surgical Services Manager, provides professional nursing care to surgical services patients.
• Ensures patient safety and comfort while delivering evidence-based nursing care consistent with hospital policies.
• Participates in ongoing education related to pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric populations.
