Live Well Homecare is seeking an experienced inpatient RN to provide comprehensive nursing care, including assessments, treatments, medications, and patient education, within a collaborative team environment.

You will work with interdisciplinary teams to develop individualized care plans, evaluate interventions, and adjust care as needed, ensuring safe patient transitions and high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a specialized nursing training program.
• Obstetrics experience preferred; cross-training provided.
• Strong communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and on-call shifts.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct patient care per policies and scope of practice, addressing physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs.
• Coordinate discharge planning and family education, ensuring seamless patient transitions.
• Delegate tasks, promote teamwork, and troubleshoot equipment issues.
• Participate in quality, safety, and evidence-based practice initiatives, supporting organizational goals.
• Collaborate with physicians and staff to resolve patient needs proactively and adapt to changing situations.
