• Administers medications, documents care, and educates patients and families, ensuring safety and compliance with policies.
• Plans for patient throughput, discharge, and transfer, facilitating smooth operations and effective communication.
• Leads unit activities, manages staffing needs, maintains equipment, and ensures quality care and regulatory adherence.
• Follows clinical policies, maintains accurate health information documentation, and ensures patient safety through best practices.
• Requires a BSN (preferred), at least 1 year of experience, RN license, and BLS certification. Per diem schedule from 7AM-7PM.
