Ntmconline is seeking a capable RN supervisor to direct nursing staff on shift, assign patients, and assist with treatments and medications as needed. The role requires strong leadership, safety awareness, and adherence to hospital policies in a demanding environment.
You will monitor patient conditions, collaborate with physicians, and ensure compliance with HIPAA and performance improvement initiatives. A current RN license and BLS/ACLS within 90 days are required.
Responsible for the overall direction and supervision of all nursing department personnel during his/her shift. Ensures patient assignments are correct, assists with treatments or administration of medications as necessary, informs physicians of changes in patient's condition, reviews care of all patients, and acts as overall leader and resource person for the staff.

Knowledge of basic computer skills and word processing.
Current RN license to practice by the state of employment. Must have BLS upon hire date and obtain ACLS certification within 90 days of employment. Must maintain licenses and certification for the duration of employment.
