We're looking for a RegisteredNurse to care for our patients with compassion and one who can facilitate their speedy recovery. The candidate will be responsible for educating them and theirfamilies on prevention methods and healthy habits. Ideally, thecandidate should be a responsible, gentle and well-trained professional who can provide exceptional nursing care with minimal supervision whilst following health and safety guidelines faithfully and consistently. The goal is to promote the patient's well-being by providing high quality nursing care.
The role of RN in the Operating Room is to assist surgeons during operations and keep the operating room sterile. Maintaining the ability to work under pressure, attention to detail, while utilizing your strong knowledge of operation procedures will be vital in this role. Here at Insight, we strive to treat patients with the compassion and respect they deserve. You will utilize advanced practice skills, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills to meet the unique need of each patient; ensuring patients are prepared by providing information on the outcomes or potential outcomes of a procedure. This position collaborates with other members of the healthcare team to ensure patient care plans are implemented and monitored for effectiveness. This position requires 8 hour shifts Monday-Friday (11AM- 7:00PM) & 24 hour call schedule that is split amongst OR team members
$38,000 to $52,000 salary based on experience
