ChristianaCare's Center for Advanced Joint Replacement at Wilmington Hospital is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join a 30-bed inpatient unit on the midnight shift. You will provide comprehensive nursing care to post-operative orthopedic patients and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.

This role offers a $20,000 sign-on bonus for two years of service, competitive pay with shift differentials, and opportunities for professional growth through our Clinical Ladder Program.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse license in good standing.
• Minimum of one year acute care nursing experience.
• BLS certification required.
• BSN preferred; degree must be completed within three years if enrolled.

The Center for Advanced Joint Replacement is a 30-bed inpatient surgical unit located at Wilmington Hospital . Our team specializes in the care of patients recovering from elective surgeries, including total knee and hip replacements , bariatric procedures , and select ENT and plastic surgeries .

Qualifications

Required

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure
• Minimum of one year of acute care nursing experience (equivalent combinations of education and experience may be considered)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification

Preferred

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) ( Candidates without a BSN must obtain the degree within three years of hire in accordance with organizational requirements.)

Schedule: This is an overnight (Midnights) schedule of 7 p.m. - 7:30 a.m. Weekend and holidays per hospital practice. We are currently offering a $20,000 Sign-On bonus for those committing 2 years on the 7p - 7:30 a.m. schedule.

Hourly Pay Range: $42.11 - $67.37

This pay rate/range represents ChristianaCare's good faith and reasonable estimate of compensation at the time of posting. The actual salary within this range offered to a successful candidate will depend on individual factors including without limitation skills, relevant experience, and qualifications as they relate to specific job requirements.
